The Pallavi Complex at Panchkula 1 consists of a well-furnished centrally air-conditioned area. Spread over four floors. it has a sequenced network of layers of closed. semi-closed. open and vast outdoor expanses.
The lower ground floor is a multi-cuisine restaurant designed on a Rajasthani heritage theme. while the upper ground floor has been designed into a fast food restaurant. The first and second floors have two spacious banquet-cum-convention centres.
The restaurant attempts to reflect the grandeur of a royal era. This is captured through the use of intricate Rajasthan' stone jail work. The theme of the decor is dedicated to the age-old craft of embellishing stones and using them for creating an aesthetic environment for royalty. Backlit jalis and reproductions of Amrita Shergill and M F Hussain adorn the jharokhas on the walls. Ornamental stone work has been imported from Sikandra. which is famous for such work.
